The Senior Graphic Designer plays a key role in bringing the Butler/Till brand to life across marketing, growth, and business development initiatives. This role focuses on the design and development of high-quality visual communications that support marketing programs, thought leadership, events, and new business opportunities
Operating at the intersection of marketing and creative execution, this role translates strategy and content into clear, compelling visual narratives across presentations, campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing collateral. The Senior Graphic Designer works closely with marketing, growth, and creative services teams to ensure Butler/Till consistently shows up in the market with clarity, polish, and impact.

Design high-quality visual assets across presentations, campaigns, social media, websites, landing pages, and marketing collateral

Maintain and evolve design templates and brand systems that enable consistent execution across teams
Support the ongoing development of Butler/Till’s visual identity across digital and print channels
Ensure all deliverables meet high standards for design quality, usability, and brand consistency
Balance conceptual thinking with hands‑on execution, delivering everything from campaign visuals to production‑ready assets

Design and develop high-impact pitch decks and presentations for new business, sales initiatives, and executive communications
Translate complex ideas into visually clear and compelling storytelling frameworks
Maintain scalable presentation templates that support efficient, consistent storytelling
Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to ensure presentations are polished, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to craft and detail
Ensure all presentation deliverables are error-free, polished, and aligned with brand guidelines

Key Responsibilities:
Support the design of marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, and thought leadership initiatives
Create visual assets including graphics, presentation slides, marketing collateral, and promotional materials
Contribute to marketing initiatives that strengthen Butler/Till’s brand visibility and engagement
Apply an understanding of audience and channel context when designing assets across platforms
Partner with marketing and content teams to ensure visual storytelling aligns with strategic messaging
Key Outcome: Cross-Functional Collaboration That Supports Marketing and Growth Initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
Partner closely with marketing, growth, content, and creative services teams to deliver integrated marketing assets
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing materials are visually clear, compelling, and aligned with brand standards
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed to support marketing deliverables

Support the responsible integration of AI into brand and creative workflows, including tools and agents such as Copilot brand kits
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or equivalent
6+ years of professional design experience and leading and managing brands (agency or in-house)
Portfolio that showcases strong traditional and digital executions, brand expertise, systems‑thinking, creative excellence, presentation polish, and campaign solutions
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of Figma for design systems and execution
Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creative presentations and pitches
Experience in landing page and email design
Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
Proven ability to translate strategy and content into clear visual communications
PREFERRED
Agency experience is a plus
Understanding of business goals and objectives and how design can drive impact

COMPENSATION Butler/Till is committed to providing pay transparency of our compensation philosophy and ensuring equitable pay practices for our employee owners. The compensation range for this position is $53,000 - $84,000 and represents the annual salary range in Rochester, NY. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
This is just one component of Butler/Till’s total compensation package for employee owners. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including ESOP (employee stock ownership plan), an annual bonus, in addition to a full benefits package, and paid time off benefits, including 100% paid parental leave.
