Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Payson, UT, for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage, create, and execute engaging content strategies on various social media platforms. Responsibilities include analyzing trends, building brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and supporting broader digital marketing efforts. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation

Experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies

Strong Communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platform-specific metrics

Ability to stay updated with evolving social media trends and best practices

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Experience with graphic design or video editing tools is a plus

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
