Organizing Director
Finding Home ATX (FHATX) - Austin, TX, Austin, TX, United States
The Organizing Director will play a vital leadership role in catalyzing collective action to address homelessness across Central Texas. As the strategic engine behind Finding Home ATX’s communications, organizing, and fundraising efforts, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape and amplify a unified community response to homelessness. Together, they have coalesced around a shared goal: to create an equitable, data-driven, and lasting response to homelessness in Austin and across Travis, Williamson, and Bastrop counties. This is a rare chance to guide a regional coalition that has channeled over $465 million in investments toward transformative impact—an infrastructure poised for renewed leadership and strategic direction.
