As a
Real Estate Paralegal , you’ll draft, review, and coordinate a high volume of real estate and site‑related legal documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. You’ll be a key contributor to the legal team, supporting transactions that enable critical infrastructure development while partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to apply your tower or telecom real estate expertise in a fast‑paced environment where precision, ownership, and purpose directly support long‑term connectivity and growth.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and revise a variety of real estate legal documents, including leases, lease amendments, easements, license agreements, access and utility agreements, memorandums of leases, option agreements, and asset purchase agreements.
Manage end-to-end real estate transactions, including coordinating due diligence, collecting and reviewing documents, preparing closing documents, and facilitating execution and recording of documents.
Review and summarize title reports, surveys, and legal descriptions for accuracy and compliance with transaction requirements.
Maintain, track, and update legal records, critical dates, document versions, and real estate databases to ensure ongoing compliance and efficiency.
Coordinate across departments (Legal, Asset Management, Sales, Operations, Finance) to meet transaction timelines and resolve issues.
Serve as a liaison with vendors to manage transaction workflows and ensure proper documentation and filing.
Assist with document management, e‑filing, and administrative tasks.
Contribute to special legal projects and process improvements initiated by the legal team.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree (or higher) OR 2+ years professional experience
3+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal professional in real estate
Other Qualifications
Proven experience handling high-volume, deadline-driven real estate transactions.
Telecom real estate experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of real estate transactional processes, including title and survey review, lease negotiations, and closing coordination.
Bachelor’s degree or ABA‑approved Paralegal Certificate preferred.
Familiarity with real estate management systems (e.g., SiteVizion, NexsyOne, Site Tracker or equivalent) is a plus.
High proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with document management platforms preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
