Mathnasium’s mission is to make math make sense to kids and, in so doing, build their confidence and a deep understanding and lifelong love of mathematics. The learning centers are changing the lives of K-12 students throughout Virginia, Maryland, Kansas, and Oklahoma. The Mathnasium Method™ uses a time-tested, customized program to improve math skills in a fun and supportive environment. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Center Director at Mathnasium. The Center Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the learning center located in the West County area. Responsibilities include recruitment and enrollment of new student/families, managing staff, implementing the Mathnasium Method™, and engaging with students and parents to ensure a supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have both sales and education experience. Qualifications
Leadership, Management, and Organizational skills Experience in Education, Tutoring, or Child Development Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Knowledge of Mathematics education and curriculum Ability to motivate and engage students Bachelor's degree in Education, Business or related field Experience with program development and implementation Pay and Benefits
$45K - $60K salary (depending on experience) Monthly bonuses based on enrollment targets Health, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, and Life Insurance benefits available within first month 401K plan with Company match after 1 year of service Discounts for family members Generous Holiday Schedule and PTO policy
