
Immigration Paralegal

Job Summary
We are seeking a paralegal with 1 – 4 years of business immigration experience, who possesses a passion for immigration law and working with people from around the world. Candidate must be California based.
Responsibilities Assist attorneys in preparing employment‑based non‑immigrant and/or immigrant visa petitions. Other case types may include PERM, naturalization, and family‑based cases. We provide training from the ground up, offering insight into the law behind the processes and best practices to ensure client success.
Qualifications BS/BA degree, clear written and oral communication skills, strong persuasive writing aptitude, attention to detail, efficient time management. Candidate must be organized, able to prioritize and multi‑task, possess excellent English communication and client service skills, experience with MS Suite, and enjoy working in a team environment.
Compensation & Benefits Salary range:
In accordance with California's pay transparency law, the expected base salary range is $57,000–$71,000 depending on experience.
