Associate Pastor of Discipleship & Growth

A local church organization is looking for an experienced Discipleship Pastor to lead the church's discipleship efforts. The role focuses on developing spiritual growth pathways and small group ministries while providing oversight for missions and pastoral care initiatives. Candidates should have at least 5 years of leadership experience in adult discipleship within a similar-sized church and the capacity to mentor emerging leaders.
