Job Overview Provide technical and commercial support to sales reps, customers, and internal team s. Assist with quoting, troubleshooting equipment failures, recommending parts/solutions, and supporting aftermarket operations.
Requirements
Strong urgency, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Ability to communicate technical information clearly
Proficiency in MS Office; JDE a plus
Experience with rotating or industrial equipment preferred
Key Responsibilities
Deliver accurate, timely aftermarket parts quotes
Support customers and sales with technical expertise on rotating agitators and FMS products
Provide urgent recommendations for breakdowns and failures
Assist with spare‑parts planning and emergency contingencies
Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, field service, procurement, etc.)
