Real Estate Analyst

We are working with a market leading insurance broker who has a real estate team focused on real estate transactions and are seeking to hire a Real Estate Analyst in New York. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of real estate transactions and advisory within the insurance space.
Responsibilities include:
Support real estate transactions by coordinating deal processes and preparing key documents, including investment summaries, underwriting materials, and transaction reports.
Conduct financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis for real estate assets.
Due diligence support. Collecting, organizing, and reviewing property-level information, leases, financials, and transaction-related documentation.
Assist in the preparation and review of insurance-related documentation tied to real estate transactions, including submissions and policy summaries.
About you:
Industry experience is preferable. A background or education in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field is desirable.
Strong analytical abilities

Have the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
