Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Responsibilities Responsible for providing an industry leading client service experience through development and expansion of new and existing client relationships.

Provide financial solutions that meet client needs based on consultative conversations and referrals to other business partners for additional business growth opportunities.

Cross train to perform required teller duties as needed.

Exercised advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, convenience and other product and service lines.

Contribute to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services and developing, expanding and retaining relationships.

Support team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring more complex client needs or financial goals to other internal specialists.

Participate fully in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.

Advance individual knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge by attending meetings and training classes.

Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.

Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies; stay informed of policy changes to ensure compliance.

Lead sales initiatives within the branch and act as an expert resource.

Provide professional client service with courteous conversations during transactions and by uncovering client needs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent education

4 years of client sales and service experience

Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office

Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check and related regulatory requirements

Ability to multi-task under time constraints

Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes

Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates degree or higher

Ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to respond in a professional manner with a high level of service quality

Experience with discussing, recommending and selling various deposit, credit and retirement products

Demonstrated ability in meeting or exceeding sales goals

General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures
