The Corporate Accounts Specialist is responsible for providing distributor, end user and/or government corporate account support for the business. This role will establish close working relationships within the customer network and other internal and external functions supporting the program/business area.

This role will establish close working relationships within the customer network and other internal and external functions supporting the program/business area.
Primary Duties
Prepares, modifies, maintains, and administers rebates to customers in addition to monitoring the growth and administrative fees & incentives
Manages the EDI contact list and the price file distribution to all of the customers
Maintains completeness and accuracy of distributor database
Monitors contract compliance and makes appropriate recommendations
Maintains accurate membership rosters for group purchasing and other corporate account contracts
Prepares quotes for direct business with the federal government and maintains various government contracts
Follows up on day to day issues on contract maintenance
Communicates contract changes directly with the sales field and internal customers
Prepares and coordinates year-to-date dealer performance reporting
Completes contract tier requests and notifies distribution of tier changes
Monitors and responds to multiple group email boxes
Works with Midmark teammates to complete contract RFI’s and RFP’s
Creates and maintains pricing in Oracle
Secondary Duties

Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and 2-4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Competency and/or Skill
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of existing product lines and part numbers and how they impact dealer operations
Flexible, multi-tasked, detail oriented and able to quickly act under pressure and meet deadlines
Process oriented, proactive and customer-focused
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in cross-functional environment
A wide degree of creativity and latitude
