Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Technical Sales Representative based in Houston, TX. The responsibilities include supporting the sales team by developing technical proposals, addressing customer inquiries, and providing quotes for hydraulic and power solutions. This role involves proactive customer service, identifying client needs, creating tailored solutions, and assisting with technical support. Collaboration with internal teams and external clients ensures seamless delivery and provides cutting-edge solutions to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales with experience in generating and managing sales leads
Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain client relationships effectively
Ability to provide Technical Support and troubleshoot to address customer challenges and inquiries
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and aptitude for rapid learning of technical systems and applications
Self-motivation, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in relevant computer programs, including CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent technical experience also considered
Experience in fluid power systems or related technical sales is a strong advantage
