Responsibilities
Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly technical documentation including user guides, internal wikis, and process documentation
Partner with QA and engineering teams to track, document, and resolve product issues
Manage documentation libraries, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned with established standards
Create release notes, tutorials, and help content to support product launches and updates
Collaborate with marketing to develop product copy for websites, packaging, and promotional materials
Build training materials and educational content to drive product adoption and user success
Analyze customer feedback and product analytics to improve usability and refine messaging
Document and communicate production issues in real time, supporting shop-floor operations
Organize, track, and escalate technical issues with a strong sense of urgency in fast-paced environments
Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in technical writing, engineering documentation, or a related field
Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role in a technology-driven environment
Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technical concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional teams
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and clarity
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment
Strong organizational and problem-tracking skills
