Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Public Relations Coordinator to join our team and help shape the public image of our organization. This role is pivotal in managing our communication strategies, fostering strong media relationships, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, skilled in crafting compelling press releases, and adept at coordinating events and campaigns that enhance our brand visibility.
Responsibilities
Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets.
Coordinate and assist in organizing press conferences, interviews, and promotional events.
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaign effectiveness.
Manage social media channels to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align PR strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes quickly.
