To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site:**Job Description:**Under the direction of the Director, Supervisors, and Manager of Special Events, the representatives perform a wide variety of duties, including but not limited to operational and organizational support to assist with events and departmental needs, assisting with the operation of events, and clerical functions, including administrative tasks to support the Special Events Team.
Flexible schedule, assist when needed.**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:*** Assist supervisors and managers in day-to-day departmental operations when needed.* Assist supervisors and managers with event operations, setup, and completion.* Work all aspects needed at events, assist with customer check in, hand out gifts, assist in set-up and unpacking of gifts, assist with customer service at events, and assist with breakdown and clean-up of events.* Communicate with various internal operating departments.* Frequently be in a stationary position for up to 4 hours.* Constantly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs occasionally.* Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.* Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the company's mission and values of communication, integrity, fun, respect, accountability, passion, and dedication.* Promote positive public/team member relations at all times.* Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within the area of responsibility.* Perform other duties as assigned.**QUALIFICATIONS:*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Must be able to work flexible hours.* Must be able to stand for long periods of time, up to 4 hours or longer.* Must be able to lift heavy boxes 10 lbs at least* Must be willing to assist with unpacking large quantities of gifts, some maybe large and bulky.* Must be able to work weekends & holidays.BENEFITS INCLUDE:* Medical, Dental, Vision Prescription, Life, Accident, Pet Legal* 401K with match* Paid Time Off* Holiday Pay* Free Meals, Free Uniforms, Free Parking* Discounts at Hard Rock properties around the globe* All team members are eligible to participate in the discretionary annual bonus program* Training and Leadership development programs* Wellness programs including onsite information and fitness seminars* Team Member Resource Groups* Recognition programs* Pay Rate: $16.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
