As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the brand within partner retail stores, influencing prospective customers, fostering relationships, generating enthusiasm for our products, and educating customers on renewable energy and storage solutions. Your impact will be measured by your ability to schedule appointments and expand the Sunrun customer base.
Compensation and Benefits Potential earnings range from $58,800 to $80,328, with top performers earning over $160,000 annually. Competitive hourly base pay, uncapped commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, stock purchase program, paid training, tuition coverage, and career development opportunities.
Uncapped commissions for generating new solar appointments.

Qualifications & Success Criteria
Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self‑motivation, and a genuine passion for our mission.
Commitment to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.
Reliable transportation within a 15‑30 mile radius to manage a multi‑store territory.
Physical ability to stand, be mobile for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
