Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Manager
Job Description
Collaborate with the Sr. Paid and Organic Social Media Manager and the Head of Social Media and Influencer Marketing to advance and implement the company’s affiliate and influencer marketing strategies. Lead daily execution across the enterprise and regional banners, working with internal teams and external partners to deliver tactical plans, meet performance goals, and drive business results. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Responsibilities
Develop andmaintainannual and period affiliate and influencer calendars and ensure execution of the plan in partnership with agencies, internal stakeholders, Sr. Paid and Organic Social Media Manager and Head ofSocial Mediaand Influencer Marketing
Lead the execution of affiliate and influencer campaigns for the enterprise and at a division-level
Oversee and grow the affiliate program, including on boarding new partners
Develop and optimize affiliate and influencer marketing strategy based on company objectives
Drive strategic partner engagement by overseeing daily collaboration and performance alignment to ensure campaigns remain optimized and consistently achieve defined business objective
Manage affiliate budget and forecast, plan volume, revenue and commissions
Partner withvendors and agencies to develop targeting strategies based on business and customerobjectives.
Utilize analytics tooptimizeapproach and campaigns for affiliates and influencers to provide clear recommendations to internal stakeholders
Collaborate with the Sr. Paid and Organic Social Media Manager to developtest-and-learn plans to drive optimization and innovation
Provide thought leadership by keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms
Steward innovation with the Sr. Paid and Organic Social Media Manager for influencer and affiliate marketing programs, inclusive of social commerce opportunities
Track affiliate and influencer campaign performance and deliver results and recommendations to the Sr. Paid and Organic Social Media Manager and Head of Social.
Maintain and identify tools to support the execution of affiliate and influencer marketing strategies
Manage influencer publishing calendar in partnership with Paid and Organic Social Media Managers
Collaborate with Paid and Organic Social Media Managers on influencer support for social media campaigns
Create documentation onaffiliateand influencerworkflow processes
Provide thought leadership by keeping abreast of industry trends, emergingplatformsand changes to channel algorithms.
Travelup to 15%within the U.S. for production or store visits
Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment
Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
Ability to act with honesty and integrityregardingcustomer and business information
Ability to follow directions and seekassistancewhen necessary to resolve customer and business issues
Provide support andassistancethrough direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults
Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualifications Minimum
4+ yearsin digital affiliate marketing or influencer marketing
Proficiencywith enterprise-level influencer and affiliate tools such as CreatorIQ, Hootsuite, CJ Affiliates, Impact, Rakuten
Experience with influencer and affiliate relationship building and management
Strong understanding of influencer and affiliate metrics and how they are tied to business impact
Proficiencyin pulling,interpretingand reporting on affiliate and influencer analytics
Understanding of influencer, affiliate and social commerce trends
Experience partnering with agency teams
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications,Mediaor a related area
Expertise in social commerce strategies as it relates to influencer and affiliate marketing and promotional codes
Any CPG brand management or ad/digital agency experience
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics
Experience managing budget andspendof affiliate and influencer campaigns
Success working in a fast-paced environment with the ability toidentifyresources needed and to reprioritize project tasks while meeting deadlines and goals
