Interior Designer We are looking for a talented Interior Designer who is proactive, very creative, and organized. You will be successful in this role if you are autonomous and able to handle world‑class international and local projects from brief to execution. The role involves a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and project management. Working under the supervision of the Design Director, you will work closely with a team of interior designers, graphic designers, 3D designers, digital strategists, technical support, and world‑class creative directors. You will ensure that projects align with brand identity, customer experience, and operational needs.

Requirements

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field with a minimum of 3–6 years of experience delivering high‑quality concepts and projects in the retail and hospitality sectors.

Exceptionally creative with a strong ability to develop innovative retail concepts and experiences, spanning various scales and formats, including both pop‑up and permanent installations.

Knowledge of construction, finishes, materials, manufacturing methods, and production processes.

Knowledge of retail trends and best practices.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) and AutoCAD.

Expertise in Rhino and SketchUp.

Proficiency in Enscape and/or VRay, KeyShot, and other 3D/creative software.

Outgoing, engaged, and proactive, with a team mindset.

Proficiency in presentation software programs (Keynote/PowerPoint) and Microsoft Office.

Fluency in English (written & spoken).

French or Chinese language skills are a plus.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Utilize SketchUp, AutoCAD, and/or Rhino rendering tools for precise design execution.

Develop groundbreaking and innovative concepts, crafting compelling presentation decks that blend creativity, luxury, and mass‑market aesthetic with brand storytelling.

Design sophisticated store layouts, fixture placements, and visual merchandising for optimal flow and aesthetics.

Collaborate with diverse project teams—including in‑house design teams, architects, contractors, and vendors—to execute designs within budget and timeline.

Ensure adherence to luxury retail standards, building codes, and sustainable design practices.

Participate in cost estimates, material selection, and vendor negotiations to maintain quality and efficiency.

Conduct store checks and gather facts, briefs, competitor analyses, and best practices.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
