junior Investor Relations & Investment Associate

to grow with our real estate investment and development platform. This role is designed for a

high-potential early career professional

with a

strong accounting or real estate foundation , excellent communication skills, and the ambition to become an

investor-facing investment professional . You will be

trained directly

and given increasing responsibility over time. In return, we expect

wants to grow long-term with one platform Takes pride in accuracy, preparation, and follow-through Required Background (Must Have)

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, or related field Formal background in Accounting or Real Estate is preferred Basic understanding of: Real estate financial statements and cash flow Pro forma modeling and deal assumptions Investment metrics (IRR, cash-on-cash, equity multiple) 0–3 years of relevant experience or strong academic training Language Requirement (Mandatory)

Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) — speaking and writing Able to: Communicate with Chinese-speaking investors Draft simple investor updates and summaries in Chinese Learn to present bilingual investment materials over time Core Responsibilities

Support senior team members in maintaining investor relationships Prepare investor communications, updates, and follow-up materials Respond to investor questions with guidance and supervision Track investor inquiries and ensure timely follow-through Assist in creating and updating: Deal memos Ensure consistency between numbers and narrative Learn how to translate financial analysis into investor-friendly language Build and maintain real estate pro forma models under supervision Update assumptions, sensitivities, and scenarios Reconcile models with accounting and operational inputs Learn to explain model outputs clearly Support investor presentations and calls Prepare talking points, Q&A notes, and backup analysis Gradually take on presentation responsibilities as skills develop Work closely with: Accounting Acquisitions / underwriting Development & construction Marketing & leadership Collect inputs and ensure accuracy across departments Learn how deals move from underwriting → execution → investor reporting What We Will Train You On
