
Branch Manager – Outside B2B Sales + Staffing Operations

LaborMAX Staffing is hiring a Branch Manager for our Victoria, TX location. This is a selling branch manager role, meaning you will personally drive new business while overseeing all branch operations — recruiting, dispatch, compliance, payroll, and team development. You own the P&L. You set the culture. You are accountable for results.
What you’ll do Drive revenue growth through active outside B2B sales — cold outreach, client visits, pricing proposals, and contract negotiations. You will be in the field selling every week, not just managing people who sell.
Recruit, onboard, and dispatch field team members to customer worksites. You will build a pipeline of qualified candidates as aggressively as you build a pipeline of new accounts.
Own branch P&L — control expenses, hit margin targets, and report financial performance weekly.
Lead and develop your branch staff, including Staffing Specialists and Sales support. You coach, train, and hold people accountable.
Ensure full compliance with company policy, safety standards, employment law, and documentation requirements. This includes payroll accuracy, E-Verify, I-9, and worksite safety.
Build lasting relationships with existing clients while continuously prospecting for new business in the Victoria market.
What we’re looking for 2 years of B2B outside sales experience — direct, business-to-business, cold outreach included. This is a firm requirement.
Experience in the temporary staffing industry strongly preferred. If you’ve run a staffing branch, managed recruiting operations, or dispatched labor at scale, say so clearly in your application.
Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L, control costs, and drive branch profitability.
Experience hiring, training, and developing a team.
Strong working knowledge of compliance requirements — payroll, I-9/E-Verify, safety documentation.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check required.
Bilingual English/Spanish a significant plus in this market.
What we offer Base salary: $60,000 — $70,000 plus Bonus depending on experience
