What You’ll Do
Supervise the facility’s daily maintenance operations and team members
Ensure equipment, utilities, and building systems remain in safe, working order
Maintain facility grounds to provide a clean, secure, and welcoming environment
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs
Manage supplies, maintenance schedules, and departmental budgets
Maintain required records and documentation for compliance and inspections
Support regulatory readiness and ensure adherence to state and safety standards
Participate in emergency response and on‑call rotation as needed
What You Bring
Experience in maintenance within a healthcare or long‑term care setting (preferred)
Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on‑call coverage
Good working knowledge of applicable state rules and regulations
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
Positive, can‑do attitude with a focus on teamwork and service
Excellent attendance and reliability
