Affiliate Influencer Specialist

Role Overview We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Affiliate Specialist to help power and scale our affiliate and partner programs within the wellness space. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience managing affiliate programs who loves execution, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in supporting partners in a way that drives high‑quality leads and measurable revenue impact.

You’ll report to our Director of Strategic Partnerships and serve as a key operational partner to our Partnerships team—responsible for day‑to‑day affiliate execution, supporting partner activations, partner vetting and onboarding and ensuring our creators and affiliates are set up for success with the right tracking, assets, and timelines. Your work will directly enable our partners to perform at their best and help the business grow efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Affiliate Program Operations

Review, vet, and respond to incoming affiliate applications to ensure strong brand alignment and lead quality

Manage the daily operations of affiliate programs across platforms such as AWIN and PartnerStack

Create, maintain, and QA tracking links, promo codes, and attribution setups to ensure accurate lead and revenue tracking

Oversee commission validation, reporting, and issue resolution

Maintain organized, up‑to‑date records of affiliate agreements, activations, and performance

Partner Activation & Campaign Support

Own execution of partner activations once strategy and priorities are defined

Ensure partners are fully equipped with correct tracking links, promo codes, creative assets, timelines, and clear expectations

Proactively communicate with partners through activation reminders, follow‑ups, and launch support

Support major campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions by coordinating timelines with internal teams

Act as a reliable point of contact for partners to help remove friction and enable high‑quality activations

Partner Planning, Performance Tracking & Reporting

Own and maintain the partner activity planner as the single source of truth

Track activation details including content type (email, Instagram, podcast, blog, etc.), publish dates, links, codes, and attribution

Monitor performance and proactively flag partners who have not activated, have underperforming activations or opportunities for optimization and re‑engagement

Assist with performance summaries and reporting to support data‑driven decision making and partner prioritization

Partner Research & Onboarding

Research and identify potential new affiliates and partners aligned with wellness, longevity, fitness, recovery, and performance

Support onboarding of new partners, ensuring smooth setup and a strong first activation experience

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing

A collaborative mindset and passion for supporting partners to drive high‑quality leads and results

Hands on experience working with affiliate platforms such as AWIN, PartnerStack, or similar

Strong proficiency in Excel (reporting, data analysis, tracking)

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail—you love clean tracking and clear processes

Ability to manage multiple projects, activations and deadlines simultaneously

Strong written communication skills and professional partner‑facing presence

Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and follow through on execution

Comfort working in a fast‑moving, growth‑oriented environment
