Executive Director

The Mitzvah Fund seeks its first full‑time executive director to serve as the chief executive officer. They will be responsible for advancing the organization’s mission through strategic leadership, financial stewardship, operational oversight, and community engagement. In a co‑pilot partnership with the Board of Directors, the Executive Director ensures organizational sustainability, excellence in animal care, and meaningful community impact.
