Assistant Director of Admission Operations

within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. This key operational role is responsible for the management and integrity of admissions systems, data, and daily processing functions. The Assistant Director reports directly to the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management Operations and provides supervisory oversight to the Operations Specialists. Standard Schedule:

Assist Operations Specialists with problem resolution of all applications for admission with errors Help oversee admissions processing Act as first level support for processing staff for issues related to Banner/CRM Track and manage ticketing system used to report issues in coordination with the Assistant Dean Serve as a Banner/CRM report back-up person Manage all prospect imports from various vendors and ensure data accuracy and integrity Manage all test score imports from various vendors and ensure data accuracy and integrity Troubleshoot Banner/CRM issues for the Admissions Office Test new Banner/CRM upgrades in test environments for defects Assist the Assistant Dean in troubleshooting Ethos integration configurations and upgrades Work with the Assistant Dean on new processes and procedures Troubleshoot integration issues that arise from application submissions Manage new workflows and communication plans in coordination with the Assistant Dean Work closely with the Associate Dean and Communications Manager to ensure communication plan audiences are accurate Provide lists for marketing mailings and one-off requests from faculty and staff Help oversee document imports for data accuracy and record matching Required Qualifications

Five years of professional experience with higher education operations Extensive experience using Element451 CRM Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between Element451 and Banner Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office and Adobe suite of products Ability to communicate appropriately and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse student body, faculty, and staff. Ability to build working relationships with a diverse community of students, faculty, administrators and staff. Ability to work a flexible schedule according to departmental needs, which may include occasional evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications
