Texas Sports Academy is an accelerated academic and athletic program. The role is to capture authentic student‑athlete moments on campus, edit and publish the content on TikTok and Instagram Reels the same day. Position is on‑site weekdays, 4‑5 hours per day, 20‑25 hours weekly at $30/hr. No studio, no approval process, no creative directive.
What You Will Be Doing
Be present on campus 4–5 hours each weekday to film authentic moments using a mobile device.
Edit and publish content to TikTok and Instagram Reels on the same day, ensuring platform‑appropriate and rapid delivery.
Analyze weekly performance metrics (views, engagement, follower count) to determine what performs and why.
Adjust hooks, formats, and content direction based on data insights, not solely intuition.
Maintain a reliable daily posting rhythm without interruptions.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Follow a content calendar created by others – you decide what to film and post.
Create polished content requiring multi‑day production cycles.
Seek approval before publishing.
Work from a desk; the role is field‑based and uses a mobile device every weekday.

Basic Requirements
Demonstrated TikTok and/or Instagram Reels posting history with regular short‑form video content.
Located in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, or Houston, TX – this is an on‑site weekday position.
Available for 4‑5 hours of on‑campus content documentation each weekday, Monday through Friday.
Nice‑to‑have Requirements
Experience in athletics, youth sports, or educational settings and comfortable working on the ground with student‑athletes.
Proven sense for trend timing – has adapted trending formats to a particular subject, community, or niche.
History of measurable account growth connected to a consistent posting strategy that you can explain.
Compensation and Employment This is a part‑time (25 hours per week) long‑term position. Compensation is $30 USD per hour, equating to $37,500 USD per year assuming 25 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The position requires an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Payment is weekly.
