Field Superintendent

The company has established lasting relationships with a loyal customer base, including three of the top 50 multi-family general contractors in the U.S. Role Description The Field Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating schedules, monitoring safety compliance, and resolving on-site issues. Additional duties involve regular reporting to project managers and ensuring adherence to project specifications and budgets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Snow Camp, NC. Qualifications Experience in construction management, particularly in multi-family or residential projects Ability to supervise and coordinate labor crews, and vendors Knowledge of safety protocols and construction industry regulations Strong organizational skills for schedule management and problem-solving Proficiency in reading blueprints and project documentation Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic environments Experience with plumbing systems is a strong plus
