Role Description This is a full-time on‑site role for a Commercial Property Manager based in Wichita, KS. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of commercial properties, including lease administration and property management activities. Key responsibilities include coordinating lease renewals, maintaining landlord and tenant relationships, and ensuring properties are well‑maintained and compliant with regulations. The role also involves managing budgets, overseeing vendors, and providing excellent communication with property stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Lease Administration and understanding of Commercial Lease Agreements
Min. 3 years experience in Property Management and maintaining operational standards
Strong Communication skills for collaborating with tenants, vendors, and Property Owners/Stakeholders.
Organizational and time‑management skills to oversee and coordinate multiple properties
Knowledge of local building codes and real estate regulations is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business or a Real Estate Estate license preferred but not required
Proficiency in property management software (Appfolio) is beneficial
Flexible hours; ability to be "on‑call" in case of emergency at least one weekend a month.
Familiarity with NNN reconciliations a must.
