Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily operations of a licensed childcare center
Ensure compliance with state licensing and childcare regulations
Supervise and coach teachers in infant, toddler, preschool, and pre‑k classrooms
Support staff scheduling, enrollment growth, and parent communication
Maintain high‑quality early childhood curriculum implementation
Requirements
Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development
6+ months experience in a licensed daycare, childcare center, or preschool
Experience in childcare leadership, assistant director, or lead teacher roles preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and childcare management systems
Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements
