What You’ll Do
Lead multiple restaurant locations with a focus on excellence in people, performance, and profitability
Coach, develop, and motivate restaurant managers to achieve outstanding results
Build a culture of accountability—holding teams to high standards while developing future leaders
Drive consistent execution through strong attention to detail and operational disciplineRecruit, train, and retain top talent across your market
Communicate effectively with team members and business partners at all levels
Navigate a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly while maintaining focus on results
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
(Area Director experience strongly preferred)
A hands-on, process-driven leadership style with strong organization and planning skills
High level of attention to detail - you notice what others miss and take action
Ability to lead with intensity and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
A true passion for people - coaching, developing, and building strong teams
Grit, ownership, and accountability - you show up, lean in, and drive results
A proven ability to inspire, lead, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and
flexibility to travel between locations
Must be at least 18 years old
