Program Director

SUMMARY The WINNERS Tampa Program Director reports to the Chief Program Officer in planning and executing the overall program and activities, guided by the mission, strategic plan, and priorities established through the Board.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES – TAMPA, FL

Plan and implement the overall program and lacrosse calendar with help from WINNERS Staff. The PD needs to ensure all programs are operating at a high and impactful level – lacrosse training, SEL activities, enrichment activities and more

Manage Program Partnerships with external partners such as the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Tampa Bay

Works with program partners to ensure all logistics from vendor applications, field permits, and staffing are in place prior to each season

Oversee curriculum and execution of all WINNERS programs in Tampa area

Recruit players to join the WINNERS program in Tampa and manage all rosters

Manage and create program registration using LeagueApps system

Assist the Chief Program Officer in marketing and email communication efforts for the Tampa programs

Manage storage unit, inventory, distribution and collection

Manage site directors, coaches and volunteers for programs

Oversee parent engagement and follow-up

Create and lead presentations/activities to engage interested student-athletes

Coordinate and execute coaches training sessions

Fill-in and coach when needed

Identify/recruit coaches to join programs

Effectively represent WINNERS Lacrosse throughout the Tampa Bay Area and lacrosse community

Monthly status reports to Chief Program Officer

Create Social Media Content for social platforms, including highlighting the players, coahes and programs

Attend all WINNERS Tampa Boarb Meeting and WINNERS Lacrosse Staff Meetings
