Role Description Salary: $68,000 (additional compensation considered with experience)

The Development Director role will provide critical support to Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands development team and participate in all aspects of fundraising and donor engagement initiatives. This position is pivotal in assisting with securing financial support, cultivating relationships with donors and strategically growing philanthropic partnerships to advance Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands mission and key objectives.

Key responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of fundraising strategies, identifying prospective donors, stewarding existing donors, managing fundraising campaigns, meeting financial goals and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands goals.

Required Experience

One to five years of job related experience in non-profit development

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

Knowledge of fundraising techniques and sources of funding for non-profit agencies and organizations
