Core Responsibilities
Support staff supervision, scheduling, and onboarding.
Act as a liaison between staff and administration.
Assist in classrooms and provide coverage during breaks.
Maintain attendance and ensure proper documentation.
Help manage classroom ratios, schedules, and daily operations.
Monitor supplies, safety, and overall classroom environment.
Operations & Communication
Answering phones and assisting with parent communication.
Supporting tours, opening/closing procedures, and daily coordination.
Maintaining supplies and ensuring a clean, organized environment.
Facility & Compliance
Conducting daily safety and facility checks.
Monitoring cleanliness and inventory across the center.
Ensuring health, safety, and operational standards are met.
Qualifications
Has experience in education or school operations.
Is organized, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Communicates well and takes initiative.
Enjoys supporting both staff and students.
