A leading Residential Construction company in the area is seeking an Estimator to coordinate and lead their field team. This is a great opportunity with a leading and growing builder. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing project and bid strategies by analyzing project proposals and historical cost data. Ultimately, your work will help us develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Attend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategy
Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis
Analyze project proposals to prepare budget and cost estimate
Gather, update, and review cost data
Qualifications
Residential construction or Commercial construction estimating experience on all projects in any aspect of the build
3 years of experience estimating projects or relevant field experience
Experienced with estimation for wood framing
Experience in ERP systems
Estimating Software experience
Ability to work with a team as well as individually
