Ensure a smooth and efficient customer service write‑up process. Maintain constant, positive communication with customers throughout their service experience. Collaborate effectively with technicians and parts teams. Generate, track, review, and complete repair/work orders using multiple computer and web‑based systems. Assist in developing and implementing procedures to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and customer‑pay labor dollars. Uphold all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Benefits
Competitive Pay: $44,200 – $63,400 annually. Basic Qualifications
