Brand Ambassador Intern

The Perfect Event (TPE) is seeking energetic, well-connected students to join our Brand Ambassador Program. As one of the largest event companies in Southern California, we produce hundreds of events annually—ranging from intimate private gatherings to massive public festivals with tens of thousands of attendees. We also operate a specialized travel agency focused on group trips to premier destinations like Las Vegas, San Diego, Arizona and Catalina Island.
The Role We are looking for ambassadors who are deeply plugged into the campus community and eager to gain hands-on experience in event management. In this role, you will actively support the planning and execution of events through venue scouting, vendor sourcing, and on‑site event management, while assisting in identifying new opportunities for events and partnerships.
Ideal candidates are:
Current Event Management major or minor at Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo
Active Campus Leaders: Specifically those involved in organizations like Greek life and on‑campus clubs.
Self‑Starters: Individuals with a "go-getter" mindset who can work independently.
Expert Networkers: Exceptional communicators who can build and maintain relationships.
Available to begin in April and leading into the winter quarter of 2027.
This position offers a mix of steady pay and performance-based incentives:
Industry Experience: Gain hands‑on experience in the professional event planning and production industry.
