Job Description We are looking for a dependable person who enjoys working in a team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and be committed to providing excellent customer service to AbbVie customers and sales representatives. This role requires thinking creatively and working with others in customer operations to find solutions to customer problems. Key Duties and Responsibilities
Address customer inquiries, requests, and issues.
Investigate and follow up on customer requests.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a courteous and professional approach.
Place orders received through various channels.
Work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Attentively listen to customer needs and questions, responding appropriately.
Process daily open orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
Utilize critical thinking skills to proactively resolve customer needs.
Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service experience.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
Skills and Abilities
Goal-oriented with a positive and curious outlook.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
Capacity to manage and lead multiple tasks/projects independently.
Proficient problem solver capable of making quality decisions.
Additional Information The compensation range described here is the possible base pay that AbbVie will pay for this role at the time of posting based on the job grade. Individual compensation may vary depending on many factors including geographic location. We may modify this range in the future.
Benefits include paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) program, and eligibility for short‑term incentive programs.
