Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) and other equipment throughout the hotel.
Perform preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
Maintain the building exterior and "curb appeal" (e.g., snow removal, lawn care, painting, and gardening).
Maintain franchise standards and follow-up on inspection deficiencies.
Implements and maintains Crescent’s preventative maintenance program
Assist General Manager with annual Capital Plan development.
Coordinate compliance of service contracts.
Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications You have experience and a passion for providing our guests with excellent customer service. At least one year in any customer service field.
