Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Lead Carpenter based in Clifton, VA. The Lead Carpenter will oversee and execute carpentry tasks for residential renovation projects, ensuring high‑quality craftsmanship. Core responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints, leading and supervising project teams, proper installation of materials, troubleshooting on‑site challenges, maintaining job site cleanliness, ensuring safety protocols, and collaborating closely with project managers to meet client expectations and deadlines. Qualifications
Proficiency in Carpentry, including framing, trimming, and cabinetry Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and technical drawings Supervisory and team leadership skills to manage project teams effectively Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities for on‑site challenges Familiarity with safety protocols, tools, and equipment used in construction Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Experience in residential remodeling is preferred
