Role Description The Equipment Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ottawa, IL. The primary responsibility of the role is to sell agricultural and heavy equipment to meet customers’ needs. This includes engaging with customers, identifying solutions to improve their operations, managing sales processes, and negotiating deals. The Equipment Sales Specialist will also provide excellent customer service, build lasting relationships, and contribute to achieving sales goals.
Qualifications Proficiency in selling and knowledge of heavy equipment Strong sales management and negotiation skills Exceptional customer service abilities Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and build strong client relationships Experience in agriculture or heavy equipment sales is highly beneficial Proficiency with modern technology, including precision farming tools, is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Agricultural Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
