Junior Marketing Associate

P.E.A.K, Inc. is looking for individuals to join our Burlington team as Junior Marketing Associates. This is an entry-level, in-person role with no prior experience required. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in marketing, sales, and customer engagement while receiving paid training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for growth, including pathways into leadership roles.
As part of our team, you’ll represent client brands in retail settings, connect with customers face‑to‑face, and help execute marketing campaigns that drive results.
What You’ll Do
Represent client brands face‑to‑face and engage with customers
Support marketing campaigns, local promotions, and events
Assist with customer acquisition and account setup
Track your progress and contribute to team sales and marketing goals
Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training sessions
