Bright Horizons is an In-Home Early Intervention Service Program dedicated to serving children 0-3 years old with disabilities or at risk for developmental delays. As a team, we pride ourselves on providing a quality, reliable, and safe learning environment for each child we serve; recognizing the connections between children, families, and the community is essential for establishing partnerships for learning to reach their family‑focused outcomes. All Intervention Services are provided in‑home in the child’s most natural environment. This position requires direct intervention for infants and toddlers with or at risk of developing developmental disabilities through play.

We are looking for Developmental Specialists with the following:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement.

Current RBT certification is highly desirable.

The candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience working with children with special needs, populations 0-3 preferred.

Looking for energetic, dedicated, qualified candidates with excellent play skills to provide 1:1 individualized family‑centered intervention for children 0-3 in their natural environment.

Be capable of working well independently and cooperatively as a team member.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

ALL Candidates MUST:

Hold a valid Driver’s License

Have dependable transportation and be willing to travel

Maintain current Vehicle Insurance & Registration

Current CPR Certification (Infant, Child & Adult)

This listing is for a part‑time position. Both part‑time and full‑time positions are available. Candidates joining our team in a part‑time position have the opportunity to transition to a full‑time schedule with training and experience. Full‑time positions require previous experience providing early intervention services to children in their homes.

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 Based on experience and education level, Bright Horizons Developmental Services Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, mileage and drive time reimbursement, flexible work schedule, and opportunities for growth within the field.

Work Location: On the road – In‑home setting

Schedule:

Monday to Friday – Field Hour operations 7:00 am – 6:30 pm

Both part‑time and full‑time schedules are available. Candidates joining our team in a part‑time position have the opportunity to transition to a full‑time schedule with training and experience.
