Why this role matters As a Data Analyst at Ivanti, you'll analyze complex datasets to inform key business initiatives, uncover customer behavior patterns, and support GTM operations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, using data to solve real-world problems, influence outcomes, and help Ivanti scale globally. Your work will drive clarity and direction in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
What you’ll do
Learn and understand Ivanti’s business model, product portfolio, and go-to-market strategy in a dynamic, global technology environment
Design customer segmentation models using demographic, behavioral, and transactional data
Automate repetitive data processing tasks and build reproducible analytics pipelines
Apply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to extract actionable insights using Python or R
Gather and validate requirements from business stakeholders and contribute to ongoing improvement of analytic workflows
Build and maintain intuitive dashboards to visualize KPIs and business performance
Compile and quality check data from different sources, ensuring reports are accurate and actionable
Contribute to ongoing improvement of analytics processes and best practices
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Coursework or hands‑on experience (internships, projects, etc.) in SQL, relational databases, and data modeling; exposure to dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is helpful
Coursework or hands‑on experience (internships, projects, etc.) with Python or R for data cleaning and statistical analysis
High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills; able to break down complex data sets and share clear, actionable insights
