Fully manage and service commercial accounts from start to finish Handle accounts with premiums ranging from $20,000 to $100,000 Actively cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure client satisfaction Utilize EZ Lynx software (transitioning to AMS 360) for account management Participate in initial training at the Austin, TX office Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience: Minimum of 4 years in the insurance industry, with at least 2 years in commercial lines Technical Skills: Familiarity with EZ Lynx software preferred; experience with AMS 360 is a plus Soft Skills:
Professional demeanor Strong sense of accountability Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Work Environment: Fully remote position; must be able to travel to Austin, TX for initial training
