About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Escrow Officer to handle high-volume real estate closings and serve as a key resource within the team. This individual will play an important role in supporting operations across multiple offices and has a clear path toward future leadership. Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple real estate closings daily (4–5 per day) Review and prepare closing documents with high accuracy Ensure compliance with all title and escrow processes Act as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders Resolve title and closing issues efficiently Support team operations and assist less experienced staff as needed Qualifications
5+ years of escrow/title/closing experience Strong knowledge of real estate transaction processes Experience handling multiple closings independently Excellent communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (ResWare preferred) Must be eligible for title license and notary Additional Requirements
Must be onsite (no remote flexibility) Willingness to travel between nearby offices (mileage reimbursed) Growth Opportunity
