Overview
ASSISTANT PROGRAM DIRECTOR
– The Assistant Program Director supports the overall operations, clinical integrity, and regulatory compliance of the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP). This leadership role partners with the Program Director to oversee daily program operations, supervise staff, ensure high-quality service delivery, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong operational skills, knowledge of substance use disorder treatment, and experience working in regulated healthcare environments.
What You Will Do
Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative supervisors to assist with operational and organizational functions of the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP).
Support the operations of the OTP to help meet the defined mission and goals.
Become familiar with all regulatory requirements of federal, state, and local regulatory and/or accrediting bodies to help ensure compliance.
Be responsible for safety and security requirements of the OTP, including management of external security, any internal safety staff, and completion of drills and audits per schedule.
Be responsible for helping with marketing and advocacy efforts.
Oversee caseload management, record keeping, quality assurance, and utilization reviews as required.

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree required.
Two years supervisory and management experience and/or 2 years' experience in the field of addiction and recovery.
Compassion and understanding for individuals on their recovery journey from addiction.
Commitment to client empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration required.
Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations preferred.
Pay : $72,000 - $78,000 per year
