TheEmployment Services Programhelpspeople with intellectual and developmental disabilities pursue, achieve, and excel in meaningful, competitive employment in their communities. Services are individualized and person-centered, focusing on each person’s strengths, interests, and goals, and may include discovery, customized job development, employer engagement, job coaching, ongoingsupport, and self‑employment. IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:

Provide strategic leadership that ensures high-quality employment practices, includingdiscovery,customizedemployment, job development, job coaching, ongoingsupport, and self-employment. Oversee and lead day-to-day operations for Employment Services, including intake, outreach, case management, and service delivery for people supported. Model, coach, and promote person-centered thinking, planning, and the achievement of meaningful employment outcomes. Develop, monitor, and report on program goals, key performance indicators, and measures of quality, effectiveness, and efficiency, as approved by the Department Director. Support supervisors and frontline teams to ensure adequate andappropriate staffingand scheduling to meet individual needs. Establish andmaintaineffective, trusted working relationships with people supported and their families. Model strong, professional communication with people supported, families/caregivers, employers, and the community. Serve as a resource to people supported, families, and support teams. Provide leadership, supervision, and mentoring to frontline supervisors and direct support professionals. Promote andleverageprofessional development, certification, and continuous learning. Model and coach effective problem-solving strategies,equitabledecision-making, accountability, and learning from mistakes. ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Support all personnel functions including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and disciplinary action, in collaboration with Human Resources. Ensure service-related documentation and billing aretimely,accurate, and compliant with regulatory and funding requirements, including PCP preparation, goal documentation, progress reports, attendance, and DDA/DORS/RSA billing. Develop annual program budgets in collaboration with the Department Director and manage fiscal performance throughout the year to ensure sound operations. Access and promoteuseof agency resources and tools topromote ongoing excellence in services. Maintainstrong collaborative working relationships with SEEC’s departments tokeepseamless services to the peoplesupported. Act as abackupto the DepartmentDirector, andassistwith Departmental and Agency priorities as needed. Other duties as assigned ABOUT YOU

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required (master’s degree or equivalent preferred) Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience working with adults with disabilities At least 3 years of management and supervisory experience Experience managing budgets Proven ability to develop goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) Experience establishing and maintaining quality assurance systems Proven track record of unique and creative approaches to improve systems and services.
