Vendor Relations Specialist

Responsibilities

Cultivate deep relationship with our vendor partners to leverage deeper pricing discounts and exceptional service. Obtain competitive pricing from vendors for proposal purposes. Negotiate optimal pricing and contractual terms and conditions. Ensure data accuracy through the lifecycle of Vendor Team functions. Prepare vendor contracts inclusive of Master Service Agreements, site specific exhibits, etc. Deliver contracts to vendors and ensure proper documentation is executed and stored appropriately. Manage vendor service contracts to ensure accuracy and validation of correct services. Collect and file appropriate required Vendor Data (W-9, COI, etc.) Work closely with the Onboarding Team, Customer Operations Team, Account Management, and other cross functional teams to provide necessary Vendor Team collaboration. Engage with Vendors for service changes or other agreement changes. Meet/exceed internal standards and deadlines. Support profitable growth for the Vendor Team and ultimately Wasteology. Continuously maintain process improvement across Vendor Solutions Team. Qualifications

Necessary skills & qualifications: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Strong organizational and project/time management skills. Ability to work well and multi-task in a faced-paced, deadline driven environment. Understanding of basic business relationship drivers. Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications, particular focus in Excel. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
