Join the 1st Franklin team! We are seeking a Regional Operations Director for our location in the Shepherdsville, KY area.
The Regional Operations Director (ROD) is responsible for directing all business development, operations, financial control, and compliance for all branches within assigned region to optimize business results. They are responsible for the motivation and development of all employees in their region, with direct responsibility for proper training and effective communication with the Branch Managers. The ROD apprises the OVP of activity, issues, and challenges within region.
Salary: Commensurate with Experience
Key Activities Maintains Financial Control
Responsible for Branch Profit & Loss performance and regional budget controls
Reviews Branch performance against projected goals & objectives
Ensures profitability of each Branch
Ensures Compliance within Region
Adheres to all 1FFC policies and procedures
Complies with all State and Federal regulations
Completes required quarterly Branch Supervision document for each Branch in Division
Makes recommendations to Policy and Procedures Committee regarding changes needed
Manages Branch oversight
Performs periodic visits to Branches within Region
Assists in personnel management including hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, and salary administration
Ensures that communication is disseminated in a timely and efficient manner to all Branches within Region
Follow up on all Audit results & recommendations
Monitors Lending and Collections
Reviews Loan quality in each Branch
Conducts Loan approval over Branch Manager limit
Cultivates Real Estate Development within Region
Responsible for ensuring that each Branch has the necessary elements to effectively lend & collect
Essential Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum three (3) years' experience as Branch Manager or equivalent experience
Ability to meet current Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators
Ability to travel extensively
Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and greatly differing social and business settings
Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgement
Action and result focused
Strong communication skills (verbal / written / interpersonal)
Proficient with MS Office Suite products
Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile
Preferred
Mortgage Loan Originator License
