Maintenance Director
RegalCare at Lowell Nursing Center is a short and long term care facility located in Lowell, MA.
We are currently seeking a Diretor of Maintenance to join our team!
Responsibilities
Performing hands‑on maintenance and repair work as required and directing maintenance technicians in the performance of maintenance and repair work
Conducting, scheduling, and/or directing ongoing and preventive maintenance programs including HVAC, plumbing, water, gas, electrical, mechanical, sprinkler/fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, communications, carpentry, painting, plastering, refinishing and similar work
Knowledge of Safety regulations, state/federal codes and safe work practices
Qualifications
SNF Experience Preferred
Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination is required for all Healthcare Nursing Center personnel and affiliates who will be present at the facility. Religious and medical exemptions will be provided in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
