Role Description
The Survey Crew Chief is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Benton, AR. The role involves overseeing and managing field survey operations, including performing topographic, ALTA, boundary, and other land surveys. Responsibilities include operating survey equipment such as total stations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data collection, and collaborating with team members and project managers to meet project requirements. The Survey Crew Chief will also ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Qualifications
Proficiency in conducting Topographic Surveys, Boundary Surveys, and ALTA Surveys Strong experience in Land Surveying and related practices Ability to operate and manage Total Station and other survey equipment Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Valid driver’s license and the ability to work outdoors in various environmental conditions Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Experience with GPS and CAD software tools is a plus
